Government welcomes the decision

Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri praised the increase in dealer commissions, stating it will benefit around 7 crore citizens who use fuel retail outlets daily. He noted that this decision aligns with Prime Minister Modi's vision of improving facilities in remote areas, ensuring that consumers have access to consistent fuel prices across the country.
